Driver Requirements
- Valid Sierra Leonean drivers license
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Smartphone with Android (OS 4.4 or newer) or iOS (10.0 or newer)
- Driver profile photo

Vehicle Requirements
- Model year 2000 or newer
- 4-door car
- Good working condition with no cosmetic damage
- A working radio
- Vehicle insurance
- Roadworthiness certificate
- A valid Hackney permit
- Working windows and air conditioning
- No full-sized vans or trucks
- No taxi cabs, government cars, or other marked vehicles
- No salvaged or rebuilt vehicles
